Terms of service
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If any goods are damaged during shipping or come with a manufacturer defect, let us know within 30 days, and we will replace them at no cost to the customer; shipping is included both ways.
Technical support is offered with all products from Monday through Friday, 10 am - 6 pm Eastern Standard Time. Support is subject to the description of the item that you purchase. We encourage you to call us if you have any issues or questions.
All music and Software are non-refundable; if you are unsatisfied with any of our equipment, we will give you 100% credit for any other products in-store within 30 days of purchase.
For any returns for full cash value customer pays shipping and a 25% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase as well. You must call prior before returning any goods for a Return Authorization (RA Number). Any custom orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee, or we will apply it to a similar package of your choice. We want to help you in the best possible way. If you choose to return the product, it must be in its original packaging with accessories.
Both parties agree that this Agreement is final and binding on both parties and all-inclusive and cannot be amended unless agreed to in writing by both parties. The laws of Ohio apply to this Agreement and its enforcement. The exclusive venue for litigation of any claim relating to this contract shall be in Ohio state court in Parma, Ohio and the Client submits to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Parma, Ohio. The rights and obligations of the parties will be binding on each of the parties at the point of sale through the website or by phone. All sales are final after 30 days.
